Restorative Yoga is a delicious way to way to relax and soothe frayed nerves.

Approximately 30 years ago, Bikram Choudhury developed this school of yoga where classes are held in artificially heated rooms.

Hire of the hall with full facilities includes exposure to our audience on Inner Space notice board, Facebook groups and also inclusion in the Inner Space Newsletter which goes out to 700 plus people.


The Zen Hall is £14 an hour or £12 an hour paid monthly in advance, for regular weekly classes.


It is a beautiful & tranquil therapy room, £10 per hour or £32 for a block booking of four hours.


It’s a good idea to contact the teacher before attending the class for the first time to let them know you are coming.
